The Security Authorization Form is the basis for allowing guests onto the Hacienda Pinilla property. This promotes the mutual security for all residents and guests which enhance the “Hacienda Pinilla Experience”.

Instructions

1. The Security Authorization Form is to be completed by the Owner or the Owner’s Representative such as the Property Manager prior to the date of arrival of the guests.
2. The Security Authorization form will be submitted to Hacienda Pinilla Security Department at least 24 hours before the arrival of Guests.
3. Changes may be made only in written form in accordance with number 2, above.
4. All individuals must be identified on the Security Authorization Form.
